Finally getting around to building up @DanM's Epic now, so groupset and wheels have been switched onto this before I'd even ridden his... and this mixed build needs to go now.
Looking for £550 collected (KT8).
2019 Chisel Expert but with below spec as per Epic build...
- 11-42 Sram GX 11 speed drivetrain
- SRAM X1 Eagle GXP Boost Crankset 32t
- Sram Level TL hydraulic brakes / 160R rotors
- Specialized alloy post
- Specialized Phenom saddle
- Front wheel is original Roval wheel
- Rear was rebuilt to a DT swiss M502 rim by Noble wheels at Seabass. Both set up tubeless with almost brand new Schwalbe tyres (29x2.25 nobbly nic & rocket ron)
- some scuffs to top and underneath of top tobe as pictired, tht's teh worst of it though.

About to try similar on this Arkose, what's the issue for the 1%...reduced shift ease/response at the x-chaining extremes?

So I did a thing....some upgrades and work to be done (on that #bdhu set-up for a start!), but nice to be back in the Arkose fam

Any idea what the tire clearance is on this? Could be keen and am in KT8 so collecting would be easy.

oh, really....way too high then or just off the mark? The approx full build spec was £4225 new, plus with ridewrap and fenders etc I though t2.5k wasn't that crazy an ask.

Can also sell with the MasonxHunt 4Season 700c wheels in the fender pic... but with 40mm G-One Allrounds on rather than those Cinturatos

Parents doing a house clear and my old '94 Explosif has resurfaced after many a decade of being a runaround for my Dad...sadly his sole use of WD40 for maintenance shows. Have no idea what it's worth in this state, but if there is anyone interested in a retro project then just let me know...

Yep, was 8.7kg with those wheels.

Great bike, reluctant sell, just need to down-cost the collection sadly :(
Frame and forks are fully Ride-Wrapped, with a couple of scuffs on that which I'll grab shots of and one small chip on rear of one fork blade.
Pedals, cages not included but will include Kinesis Fend-Offs (3rd pic) as they are pre-drilled for the rear fixings already.

I ran FendOffs all winter on the Bokeh for commute / road / gravel and never took them off for gravel...had no clogging issues even in the worst of it (38mm Pathfinders / 40mm G-Ones / 40mm CinturatoM's)
