In contrary to the discussion above, I think the simplicity of the dumb trainer is great - no power etc. and still works great with Zwift with the powermeter on the bike. If there was disc kit available, I would keep it.

Great trainer, used for few years with no problems. I removed the stickers, so it looks less "flashy". Selling with a 11-speed cassette. Only selling as I moved to discs and there are no converter kits - otherwise, I would keep it.

I had for a while and rated it high. I have only used it on a road bike: even with a good rinse I guess half a tank is fine. It is not a pressure of the industrial washer, so some sticky dirty might need extra gentle scrubbing. Be mindful of the attachments: they are plastic and easily break if drop on tarmac.

Brand new, taken off a new bike. My understanding is that it is interchangeable with the 11-speed, so it could be the solution for the recall drama (not sure, please check!)

This was my thought too: I had set it flush so the rotor could not spin and then back it up a bit which then caused metal bits. I tried to backed up a bit more and it appears that there is no more metal grinding. Now the plan is to properly clean it and see if the setting is good enough for an espresso.
