edit: re-read and now realise I misunderstood your using of "by using the force". I don't think just using the force set off a beacon in the old inquisitor-radar, just draws attention.

Does your frame have the metal insert which is meant to protect against this issue as noted above? If yours is a 2021 frame it should be there and should be visible looking down when the fork is turned. Big yikes if the supposed "fix" is there and it still failed.

Picked up a used Hi-Mod for a seemingly great price, slightly scuffed paint, and I never liked the lack of downtube decal on these frames, so a repaint is due. Considering the sparkly green of the old Cannondale Track frames.

Chuck on some light bicycle wheels, farsports f1 bar/stem and new 12 speed Ultegra - away we go.

Does anyone have the integrated farsports cockpit on their Supersix/Systemsix? Tempted by a second hand hi-mod frame (pictured) but not sure if I can get the f1 stem/bar on.

My calculations indicate you need 40mm of length for the stem itself, 5mm for the 3d printed spacer and then the 7.5mm Cannondale provided spacer (the smallest one you can get) directly onto the head tube? Can anyone confirm my assumptions?

A fair number of people in Australia use Monton. Not an actual review - but I've always seen it as being lower cost and lower quality.
