The watch ones are kinda POS and can't take any abuse. I have a customer who had gone thru three of them. The third seems to be holding up AOK however.

It's canti spacing so the Racers won't work. All the Paul brakes can mount on traditional posts, but their springs are internal and don't need the 3 hole spring plates that most modern V-brakes and cantis need. These posts are missing the spring plates.

Well after ordering a pair of XT v-brakes I realized that the frame will only take Pauls or Magura hydro rim brakes due to the lack of spring holes on the canti mounts.

This bike comes to me from the original owner John. I did three fittings for John, but he never got comfortable and decided to get a Peter Mooney and move all the parts over to it. All I have so far are a set of wheels, Eno rear hub and a 350 front laced up to DT Swiss R411s. So where to go from here..?
