For those in an apartment - I can't recommend band work enough, especially for the upper body. Not loud banging about for the neighbours but can still get some proper muscular stress going. I've used them for pushdowns and pull-aparts for years but adding them to pushups has been eye-opening.
I'm trying to see this as an opportunity to shore up unilateral strength and mobility. This should be a time to set myself up for success when my gym opens up again. We'll see if that's the reality thoguh as motivation can be pretty low without a bar in my hands.
@starfish&coffee increasing the weight seems the logical way to go. 5x10 should be fucking draining. Any extra volume past that point would be better spent on a supplemental movement. There's a million ways to plan how you'll progress. I'd probably just keep it as simple impossiblle, maybe just increase the weight 2.5kg each week until you can't and then drop the sets/reps a little and repeat.
