  All very good condition. I think I agree with that Campag disc is the best ;)

  I'm getting myself Ekar, so need to make space.

  Campag H11 Ergo levers
  Campag H11 disc calipers with relatively new pads + mounting bolts. I also have the adapters
  Campag H11 175mm 52/36 Crankset - the fancy one.
  Campag Record HO Front Derailleur (braze on, with a 35mm band on it)

  No worries, it's definitely a different vibe for the bike. I think it is best with mechanical. External cables are a delight after years of feeding cables through carbon frames full of manufacturing debris !

  Re Di2, I'm sure you could.

  You could run the cables externally (not very pleasing on the eye ;)), or, since it is steel, get the drill out.

  I'm sure a steel shop or builder would do it very quickly and cleanly.
