So, this build is already part way through, so am backtracking my thoughts as I took all the pictures with the intention of doing a project thread but never got the time...
After over a year of riding my beloved beaten up Charge Plug that came from this very forum, I'd come to the realisation that it's slightly too big to me (was sold to me as a medium, but think it's more likely to be a large) and that I wanted to build something new and fun that fitted me better. The main remit was that I had a tight budget, most of which would be going on the f&f, but I didn't want to scrimp on quality, so figured a well used European steel track/NJS was the way to go. (Plus I prefer steel frames to aluminium)
Having been watching the classifieds on here & eBay for a while and missing some amazing frames by the skin of my teeth I managed to grab this lovely Panasonic National NJS frame off of @psg1ben.
This is not going to be a full NJS build as I'm never going to have the money to build it up so and my job entails it being left locked up at all hours, all across London, so it's not worth the risk. It also needs to be comfortable for me to get home on after a long night & possibly even carry shit for me.
At the moment, as far as colours are concerned I'd like to try to keep most of the components silver and have black contact points, but that's really as far as I've got & is money dependant.
