Yes I had this exact thing - except gonads issue - end of last week. It's doing the rounds. Two nights with temp around 40 degrees, which burned itself out, and then became a minor chest infection and then sinusitis. Viral so didnt bother wasting GP time with this. Started Wednesday night and now basically better.
