Hi Guys,
Sorry I haven't checked back here regularly.
Dammit, there are some people who have printed lugs and then used carbon tubes glued into the sockets. They used a more accurate and expensive process. In theory, now you can print very large objects, almost an entire bike in one go. In the future when I get some funds for R&D I hope to explore things like 3d-printed lugs, hubs, dropouts... etc.
Cheers

Hi HHC,
almost certainly. I hadn't thought about it really as 3d-printing currently is most effective with complex parts (or for artistic pieces). But there are probably some really great toe clip ideas that could be thought of that take advantage of 3d printing. Did you have anything in mind? feel free to message me if you wanted to chat about some general ideas etc? Sounds fun!
Cheers
