I placed an order with them for a wheelset a month ago, they took two weeks to turn up, and when they did they were damaged due to poor packing. They were also different rims to those pictured on the site. I've now been banging my head against the brick wall of their customer service for two weeks to try and get a refund. No luck yet. Mike did not respond to PMs through this forum.
