Yeah it was fine. Although I think the big problem was for riders was finding a security guard who blocked it which then probably added 100km onto their journey

Nike have a return policy that includes shoes that you’ve run in so you could always get both sizes and return the ones that don’t fit as well

Does anyone have a S&C routine that they like for running? Preferably all doable at home with limited equipment.

If you’ve got the time, I’d try and run the route beforehand. A bit of familiarity might help

I’m glad the above messages have a similar sentiment regarding On shoes. I was given a voucher for Christmas so decided to use it on some shoes as I was about to buy some new ones anyway. I’ve done about 60km in them so far but after every run I’ve got weird aches and pains. I’ll keep going with them for a while but I’m relegating them to easy and short runs for the time.
