No. I don´t own the property in any way.

I´m aware of the second home tax but not all the ins and outs.

Didn´t realsie there would be tax repercussions of me ´buying´ her stake.

It is not essential that I own the property in any legal way. The main priority is to remove my wifes sister.

Bought a house 2 years ago in Edmonton with the help of my wifes sister. Remortgaged last month and couldn't get my wifes sisters name off the mortgage and mine on as I couldn´t provide enough evidence of income (self employed mechanic).

I now have 2 years to figure out a way of getting her off the mortgage and my name on. Easiest option is to get a full time job as an engineer for 3 months just for a payslip and proof of income.

We can easily afford the mortgage and I am also a named owner on 2 other properties in Ireland that were passed on from my family. Can these help as collateral?

Ive got a pair on my tripster and they are fantastic. Oval doesnt affect shifting but i feel it helps climbing. No pricier tan most other rings of similar quality.

Got a pair of these available also. Brand new in packaging. PM. N9.

    Hope I'm not hijacking.

Tried everything. In the end I got the pressure to hold with the brake block still in place but as soon as I reinstalled the pads/wheel and pulled the lever there was nothing. Pulled the old hose out (specialised so internal routing) and no damage. Must be a seal gone in lever or caliper.
