What gear would you recommend for the endurance SQT? Would a 48x15 be too short? If I could avoid having to change the chainring to a 49t or 50t I would really prefer that...
What exercises do they do in sprint SQT?
And what gear inches would you recommend? I normally train/race HHV with a 92, but have tried an 88 and 90 and I am comfortable with either, I just prefer 90 for sprints and 92 for scratch/others.
paul1984, how did you get that UK accreditation stamp on your BC license?
When I passed my accreditation they said it would be associated with my Lee Valley membership number and I asked 'what about BC license' and they didn't know...
Do they split you out in A/B groups?
How long do the official SQT sessions last?
So last night it was gloriously sunny and there was a filming crew too! Apparently it was for a Dutch TV channel. Does anyone have details?
the hire bikes are 83GI. And given the standard at stage 3, I am thankful they are! Never done so much speed adjustment before!
