Hi there,
I’ve owned this Look KG286 for over 5 years now. Got it in Santa Monica and rode all the hills there over 2 years and then shipped it to the UK where I’ve continued using it.
I really like this bike but I want to get a more winter friendly bike, this one runs on 23cc and roads in the UK are not made for those.
Now, the issue I have is that the hike has some cracks on the paint and a decent chip near the bottom bracket that’s been there since I purchased it. Like I said, used it all over the Santa Monica and Malibu hills with no issue but I don’t know if the bike would be of interest to anyone.
I got a quote to repair and restore the paint but it was nearly £2K so I opted to carry on riding it as it was.
I’d appreciate any advice people may have as to sell it or just forget it and don’t even bother.I’m attaching pictures of the bike as is and the issue near the bottom bracket.

Have had these in storage since lockdown and before that they were only used during 3 summers. Reason for selling is that now I have a pair of FFWD and don’t need them anymore.
Cassette not included. Tubes and tyres are but the front one had a blow out so it’s only the rear one that is good to go (they are a pair of Conti 5000 25mm that I used for the last summer only).

Pleasure. Forgot to mention, there is a small Lezyne rear light, very handy. Only needs a new battery and you are good to go

I did take to a place near Dorking, can’t remember the name. Repaint and restore (decals, etc. ) only was quoted at £900
