He's not there thanks to lockdown but got an email from the council saying '1 or more' bikes had been stolen and the hangar provider was looking into it. By the look of this photo from a neighbour they carved open one side and sliced through his D lock.

As per title, looking for an 80s (maybe 90s) reynolds (or similar quality) lugged MTB frame, pref with guard/rack mounts in a smallish size to make a towpath / around town runaround.
Someone might have something good in the shed?
