I could never own a bicycle like this. I would just endlessly be reconfiguring it for the kind of riding I'd think I was going to do each day/month/week. Total headfuck - I need to KNOW what my bicycles are capable of.
Excellent news. FWIW I have brevets and am very happy with them. I wanted Quills though, and there were none available in 650b :(
Go quill. Supposed to be lovely rims and hard to get in the uk (like the frame the build is based around). Also wider than pacenti.
Did wonder if someone in the uk could get you some 32h brevets and send them on but they do seem sold out everywhere…
I should clarify, my post makes it sound like I just looked it up, but I did actually go out to the shed to measure! Always a slightly inexact science when they are on the bike but somewhere in the range of 685-690.
Groupset and pedals gone. Few interested parties in the frame and brakes so just working through those. Price drop to £450 on the wheels.
Ultradynamico cavas (47.99!) on pacenti brevet rims look to me to be about 685mm diameter.
Old school bikeCAD looks wayyy more satisfying :)

@SimonE1 thanks! I think I’m with you. Something about the geo/steering just works.
Brakes may go with the groupset and I’ll adjust the frame price if so. That means all you weirdos can start dreaming about building this up with direct mount ee brakes…
Saddle. Spotted a manufacturing defect (top of one of the rails) when taking photos, so price reduced to £100.
