60mm stem matches my 60mm seatpost, I like it compact
to do: Slam stem, shorten handlebars, mount grips, learn to skid.
So that's pretty much it, my first bike ever made from scratch, i have learnt a lot and it was fun!
Im 5'11" (33,5" inside leg) and 54 fits me great, very comfy.
