I am looking for a ladies frame or complete bike for a rebuild with the double tubes on the top tube (eg.https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTMLNRx_cVpxMtT54vMNO70M6hsx6rUYNINT9eAH-YJJ1qeKZLV ) . Ideally looking for a frame around 52cm don't mind the condition too much and if you can post even better.
