There are as many red flags as there are houses for sale. So it's best to start by narrowing your criteria. What are you looking for in a house? What are your non-negotiables and what would be nice but not essential? Just start by viewing a bunch, if you are local to the area you want to live you can easily string together half a dozen viewings on a Saturday and that will really help you start to get a feel for what you are looking for.

Positive test today after 3 really bad nights with very quick fever/flu onset symptons. Bypassed scratchy throat and came straight onto my chest first on the morning of 31st which no bog standard cold has ever done before. Quite surreal to still be testing positive in 2025, but I'd be damned if I know which strain we're on now. Either way I'm going to take it extremely steady when this thing passes as long covid terrifies me. I'd already had a steady month of headaches since November I was just recovering from.
