  No, I used to have a good one saved on my phone but I can't find it now, I must have tidied up my photos a while ago.
  Doesn't make sense for most builds you're right but it looked great on a CX bike with top tube and seat stay external routing.
  Still, front mount in the chain stays looks better than the super chunky rear bosses.

  Would also be very neat and tidy on a fixed gear that may not use a rear brake but has the option for it if you're doing custom fixed with tensioning at the BB

  Agreed and I have seen a few custom frames with a front flat mount on the rear too which looks a lot cleaner. Especially if you're going for the brake on the top of the seat stays CX bike style
