I hear that brother. Just found a fun way to cope with rain days by swapping out the trucks from my longboard to an old street deck(Creature). I can work on my slides without eating through wheels or getting wheel bite because of the taller clearance... Surf skating>Park all day or until my feet get soaked LoL

Got the 24 spoke rear hub built with a Weinmann double wall rim using Dt swiss straight gauge spokes back today... Can't wait to give it a go

That's a nasty screw you got in there... Ive been pretty happy with the Maxxis Receptor for weight/rolling resistance. Pretty grippy too but limited sizing at 700x40c. Would recommend otherwise as a rear tire if you'd prefer a chunkier tread up front and don't mind a mismatched tire set

I say with confidence/pride that it was definitely not after smoking weed. I quit on my 50th birthday due to a bronchial infection. I've lived with chronic asthma since the age of eleven only to manage it with fitness training. Now I take gummies and drink one day a week(end) to manage my mental health...
