I just started at Evans part time (between jobs) because I like bikes and cycling and stuff.I have quite a lot of management experience in pubs and restaurants and have to say that the Evans systems and processes could be improved on a lot. I cringe when customers are standing there just waiting to pay for a tube and we have to log in to 2 different drop downs and go through 3/4 screens just before you can scan the bloody thing. You can only imagine what the the stock transfers/maintenance booking/bike ordering processes are like.
Everything is so convoluted. Nice people though.
