Ok, thought I would provide a quick update on this.

Going from these first two pictures when I went to install the fork:

I marked off where the crown race would site:

I then tied off the section where the crown race would site with a suitable size cable tie:

I then went to town taking it down section by section until it would clear the headset:

Just picked up the bike from the LBS, he said it took him a while but the crown race was fitted after some fettling and lubing and everything fitted for £13.
Lets see if it will collapse on me in the near future.....

I guess the new Kinoko Opening and Party has fucked up internet orders or whatnot, placed an internet order before opening hours on Tuesday and no delivery today, the tracking site says: We have been notified that your item is being shipped by the retailer; the next scan will appear when we receive this item.
I guess no new bike build this bank holiday weekend for me facepalm

mechanical_vandal ~ I'm not too sure about the ridge, I popped the caliper on there last night and it said it was about 30.7 at its thickest.

There are loads of them on AliExpress, just pop 3t fork in the search rather than funda, I think they list them as fundr or some crap
I seem to recall someone sending a CAD Drawing and it not turning out as planned, that being said once the CAD Drawing was posted you would have to have been in a category of autistic genius to make sense of the damn thing... so I'm not too sue if anyone else off the forum has had any joy to be honest.
