    Both are hideous..The brand name and font are not great. Looks like your name is Brandt and you had some kit made up for yourself but all you had was MS Paint.

    Good question, rim hubs are normally 130mm and this is 135mm.
    A quick google shows some cheap adaptors around. I'll have to dig around for any rim wheels at the back of the garage.

    Other half is after a disc brake rear wheel for turbo use.
    After something unwanted in 135mm QR guise.

    Preferably something totally unwanted/free cycle/beers.

    hmm taking a closer look, you'd still have to take with a pinch of salt.
    Had my HR zones done with lactate testing a year ago yet my HRSS is often well below my Power based Stress Score - about 30% lower. This may vary with other people.

    Depending on turbo/outdoor, time of year, goals, etc. maybe focus on easily repeatable and scaleable workouts. For example, you might do longer sweet spot intervals starting week 1 on 3x10 mins, then 2x20, 3x20 - recovery week.

    I'm not sure as I've only used GC with power so could be missing HR features.
    While you can quickly review time in zones, I don't think it does, for example, a HR Stress Score for review of work done over time. Saying that, you could probably create charts for time in zone per week/month.

    Strava used with Elevate (chrome plug-in) offers a HRSS with fitness and freshness chart.

    On balance yes, the calendar and planning are nice but nothing you can't do with excel and goldencheetah. Saying that, i'm finding it simple and very motivating and only do 1-2 turbo sessions a week.

    As above - TrainerRoad, started to use it this year to structure my weeks with the Calendar. Planning my weekly TSS and variability around commutes/turbo/other rides. While not using a Plan, you can browse them to see what the options are. Do like the podcasts too.

    Plenty of people have 1 month free referrals if you want to try.
