I had not realised but TrainNow has recently had a big update.
At first I thought it was a bug, offering massive PL jumps but it appears to be filling in the gaps, i.e. using all my data, mostly outside, to better predict what PL can be achieved without those outside rides visibly contributing to the scores.
Skipped the planned workout yesterday and went with TrainNow, should help better calibrate future planned workouts with more approriate PLs.

Have recieved this on recent sets, AFAIK it allows the option to fold for rear bridges with a downward facing bolt hole.

How do these fit? In comparison to Lake if ya happen to know? Not as roomy?
Only ridden in different Recons for as long as I can remember. If it helps, I'd say my feet are not narrow and lean towards wider fit.
Personally, these s works are better as road shoes for SPD riders. Found the grips on the bottom disintegrated quite quickly but maybe they've improved them on newer models. ymmv
