  That's what aluminium welds look like, smooth welds are the result of filler.
  Certainly looks like a legit team bike.

  I'm looking for a large size (57-60) Raleigh Services des Courses frameset either part chrome or fully chrome.
  They mainly seem to be in The Netherlands and quite regularly appear for sale over there but the sellers are never keen to ship to the UK.
  If you've just bought the blue and white one on Marktplaats for the groupset I'd be interested in the frame.
  There's been one on Ebay for over a year but the price the seller wants is rather optimistic.
