Get wildflower meadow turf instead of tarmac - very 'weed' resistant and minimal maintenance, some don't even need trimming. They also provide great habitat for microfauna. Cheaper than asphalt and less prone to damage from tree roots etc too.

Same. Especially with all these InstaTeams® we have now. Even a Regional B/C road race takes a lot of effort and co-ordination from multiple parties (my club often has at least 20 volunteers for ours). How is a team of 6-10 riders supposed to manage that?

A friend of mine used Eliza Rose recently for something very similar. Apparently she mainly does newborns, family shoots etc but is looking to branch out so may be a bit cheaper than others.
She's kent based but might travel for the right job.As I say, not really a recco as I've no experience of her personally, but take a look:

As other recommendations, go to the centre and try on some shoes. The staff there will be able to help you find a fit much easier than we can. I would echo other peoples comments about avoiding too much downturn (often called aggressive shoes). If bouldering is the goal over sport/trad I would pick velcro personally as it makes it easier to walk around the centre between problems if you're primarily climbing indoors.
