How long have you had Bertie? I'm allergic to cats in general, but have built up immunity to my own (generally need to take antihistamines if I visit someone's house who has a cat).

Apparently if you have a rack on your Brompton, you can "fold" up the Vincita travel bag and bungie it to the rack.

We got our two off some random bicycling forum on the internet (all previous moggies have been adoptees as well).

I think one kind of explanation that has been bandied about is that the Klingons you see in TOS were a specific subset which had been designed to look more like humans to enable infiltration and spying missions since they were at war with the federation at the time. It's rather a stretch, but shrug

Watched the first three episodes of Star Trek on Wednesday. Interesting enough for me to keep watching. Got a major Bond villain vibe off the captain, keep expecting him to pick up that tribble and start stroking it like a fluffy white cat. Maybe it's the deatheater in him.

Are there no flaps that can be fitted through glass doors?

Apparently feeding out of plastic bowls can exacerbate cat acne, so maybe try switching to ceramic bowls if not already doing so?

There was someone on the today program this morning who said basically the same thing, Canada and Australia are different from America because they "talked" their way apart from the British empire, while the USA got away via a gun...

My local parkrun (Wormwood Scrubs) is one of the smaller ones, we only got over 100 people 4 times this year, usually around 60-70 participants (number halves in the winter). It's all offroad as well.

Not particularly convenient for @dubkev though.

Is anyone here interested in manga? I was very into it in about a decade ago and have quite a collection (mostly not complete series, but decent numbers of volumes in a row) but it's time to make space as I haven't read them for years.

Mostly in the action/adventure and horror/supernatural vein. I can list them if anyone is interested.
