  How are you guys keeping your bikes clean? I've been washing it just like a bicycle but's it's a lot of effort.

  Was thinking of a cheap snow-foam attachement for my garden hose, or something similar.

  I'm intrigued by the idea of buying a Gameboy Advanced SP, but perhaps one of the many small handheld retro game consuls that have been released over the last few years would be better, and maybe even the same price.

  Does anyone have a suggestion for one that's reliable?

  Update to my loss of ignition - it was the ignition switch are originally suspected. Will try to rebuild and or replace this week.

  I haven't. Without the ignition completing the circuit I don't think it'd run. I'm sure it'd start if I bridged the ignition and then jumped the solenoid.

  Ok, so I think the problem must be as initially thought, the ignition switch. I'll remove it from the bike and try to rebuild it.

  Thanks for the response. The starter does engage when the solenoid is bridged.

  Hey folks,

  Having a little problem with my 78 CB550...

  Yesterday when I turned the ignition key on, no lights illuminated, until I flicked the key off and on again. Today i can't get the ignition to come on at all.

  I popped the plug from the back of the ignition and bridged the wires to bypass the switch and there were no changes - the bike is still playing dead.

  All battery connections look clean and free from corrosion, and I couldn't see any blown fuses.

  Any ideas?

  Hey folks,

  Looks like I got caught speeding in a rental car in Brazil.

  It works out to be a £20 fine but they mention 4 points.

  Any idea if these will find their way on to my UK License?

  Edit: It would appear not. Fingers crossed.

  @hugo7 yep correct. Sao Paulo to Bahia and then we caught a flight back to Sao Paulo.

  SP is a tough city but I love the fact every 5th car is a lowered shit3box VW

  Would love to see some photos. I crossed the high atlas on a motorbike recently, but if you're hiking in a more remote spot would be interested to see.
