They might have cross posted the bike for sale on Facebook etc. Hence the reason they took it down. Also they might be wary they can be spotted so only put the listing up for a short period of time. If you see it again arrange a meet call 999 and tell the police that you are getting your bike back with a crew and the situation is going to get violent. The police are generally useless until things are about to kick off.

We managed to get the bike back! Kent and the Met police were fucking useless and we practically did the job for them. They didn't even arrest the guy despite the fact his house was full of bikes that he had no way of proving they were his! I'll go through the whole story once I get a break from work.

My Girlfriends grey Leader fixed gear bike was stolen in Beckenham Park outside the Homestead cafe yesterday. They broke Into the secure staff bike storage compound and stole a load of bikes. If anyone spots it get in touch and double lock it. It has a reynolds ouzo pro carbon fork ,rear mavic ellipse wheel, bontrager cranks and a Thomson stem and seatpost. It's a size 46 / xs since she is 5ft 3 tall.
Hesson Labs based in Lewisham. Tom is actually on here (can't remember his alias). Veteran of the lfgss scene. He used race fixed gear crits alongside myself and knows how to push bikes to the limit.
