One of the nicest men at football, but I have honestly never enjoyed going to football at Carrow Road less than the last year he had with us - week after week of hearing how the opposition (anyone) had players who could hurt us and then watch us line up for a draw or nick a 1-0 win at best...and that was the home games!

If he does end up at The Hawthorns I’m sure he’ll get promotion, but be ready to explain to people* that don’t watch full matches why you’re not happy with what you’ve got going.

    • Lineker after we sacked him...’what do they expect down there?!’ - sod off!

    Championes!

Fair play to Villa, guard of honour post match along with letting us enjoy the celebrations.

‘Norwich could be alright next season, or at least put up a fight’

I’m hoping so...we’re a totally different side to the one that got relegated last time under Hughton (was dreadful to watch!), and Farke’s assembled a side that’s more enjoyable to watch than Lambert’s back-to-back promotion winning one was.

We’ve got a fluidity now, you can see us work through the gears with every player good on the ball - we all wondered how we’d replace Maddison, but we have...and on the cheap too, as well as bringing through youngsters like Lewis, Godfrey and Aarons from the academy (all could/will play for much bigger sides in the future).

I’m excited to see who we end up bringing in to help this current squad evolve, but mainly chuffed that Farke gets to have a shot at the top flight...have a feeling we’ll become the Premier League’s hipster club of choice!

Thought we'd made life incredibly difficult for ourselves with the result at Stoke. Enjoyed watching Brentford, now it's just a point required against Blackburn at home next week...

Would be absolute jokes if Ipswich did us a hand earlier in the day against Sheffield United too!

Starting to look like we may (surprisingly) make it over the line this year, and we’re doing it playing some lovely stuff. I’ve never seen a side of ours that’s so comfortable on the ball through the whole team.

Could do with another Leeds or Sheffield United wobble in the next two rounds of games though to ease the nerves a bit...

Weighing up wether to do the same and hope the keyboard isn’t a flaky (or broken!) one or wait until later this year in case a new model is released...

Would get AppleCare+, but would also like it to not be out of action as it’s repaired (or fail after 3yrs and 1day!).

Deliberating options as got an itch for a new laptop...currently using a MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2012) w/2GHz i7, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD mainly for InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator with a bit of Premiere Pro thrown in (short 2-3min pieces to camera with titles etc.) along with generic Office stuff. Would quite like to start dabbling in After Effects this year, so wondering if it's worth switching over to the MacBook Pro?

Weighing up either the 13 inch MBA w/1.6GHz Dual-Core i5 or the 13 inch MBP w/2.3GHz Quad-Core i5 (both with 16GB RAM and 512SSD, which seem sensible spec. bumps) - I'm assuming the new Air would be fine for what I'm intending to use it for, but for the sake of £300 over the lifetime of the thing will I regret not going for the Pro in a few years?

We signed up to our joint Nationwide account completely online, still looks like it's available that way too.

The Old Star, The Two Chairmen or The Feathers are regular 'traditional' post-work places.

Munich Cricket Club is a bierkeller in the other direction...Friday night is the oompah band night, but it's a decent venue on other nights too.

Bit further out there's the Windsor Castle (Sam Smiths) and also CASK, which is a superb craft beer place.

    absolute worst selection...

Yep, other than the Christmas fortnight. Usually. This year wasn't brilliant, to be fair.

Could certainly get away with just picking it up for a month or so when it looks interesting - their what's on now and next page is one to keep an eye on for that.
