Hi Opiumia, I'd be interested but let me get my 'this might not work' statements up first:
I'm slow - despite doing (and enjoying long distance rides over the years) with speed intervals
I (still) ride a titch bike with 650c wheels
I'm 4'11 so, of course, I'm slow :-).
I'm old physically. Mentally I'm 30, but my body is slowly winning the argument.
I'm even slower going up hills but nowhere near as bad as when I first started cycling.
