Is there a consensus about how much time TD is likely to take over the rest of the gc contenders in the TT?

    400%!

Generally there will be a clause in your leasehold detailing what the ground rent is and terms under which it can be increased.

Was fantastically well organised by Islington. I lost count of the number of different varieties of flapjack available at the post blue egg stop.

Enjoyable even after hitting a pothole at speed which has done for my front rim.

Am still on the edge 705. Which has great battery life but is as temperamental as a three year old coming down off a sugar high after drinking too much coke. Will follow this bolt with interest.

A house, like anything else, is only worth what someone is prepared to pay.

You're under no obligation to accept a low offer but nor are the buyers under any obligation to meet your asking price.

Comments that it is too small, don't like the colour of the paint etc are all just a roundabout way of saying it's too expensive from the buyer's perspective. You are perfectly entitled to think otherwise. Just means you have to wait until you find someone who agrees with your view of it's worth.

Looks excellent. Also not too crazily priced.

Great. Thanks for the advice. The pictures are particularly helpful.

Interesting. I wonder whether they have made more than one model. Seems hard to square just fitting a 25 and also fitting a 28. Maybe a trade off between tyre height and width driven by rim width?
