Yes, probably not, in that order.
I used a Paul Motolite to achieve the correct height, some other brakes may work too.
Think this is late 80s, made in the USA, with adjustable quick release bar bracket, nicely made and in good nick with some marks but no rips, tears or damage. Elastic side pockets and a zipped front pocket on top of the main large compartment, looks like there was a map case option too if anyone still uses actual maps. A little larger than a Carradice Super C bar bag.
£35, collected in Streatham Hill, can post at cost.
I’d like the frame and forks but I suspect we’d not be able to agree on price.
You know I can’t buy any more bikes though, gifts of course are different.
