12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 12
But honestly that feels like a lot of reps and weight changes. If I'm doing a pump I would normally go from heavy and lower reps to lighter and higher. There was a fair bit of pr on the 6-12-25 but 25 feels like a fair amount of volume. I sometimes do a version of it as a finisher but at most once a week

that sounds a bit like a pyramid set - though I would usually think of the final reps being 6 and then sometimes 12 or 15 as a finisher. That would give you a good pump but not less likely to increase max strength. The other thing would be that if all the work you were doing is at that method then it's a lot of reps.
Brushing teeth is a good (new) one.
I either know I have enough calories to have a snack (protein bar/yoghurt) or I don't and then just guilt trip myself into not eating.
