    Looks good dude.

Just from looking at the pork it looks a bit of a different thickness from where the ribs have been removed. This could mean that when putting back in the pan the thicker bit cooked faster? Did you weigh the whole thing down?

Also as you say important to wash off the salt/sugar

Yes me too! Go close to a tulip today - I was clearly steaming the milk for too long

It’s the yeast that I’m struggling with!

Yeah I suppose so but figured the people running the big distances would still find a way.

Users and individual runs would be a good stat - average pace too

That's the route I run but I've never gone right towards barking, I normally go flats, roding valley, up round hollow ponds and back. Can i nick a strava route from you?

I'd be interested to see data from Strava over this period as imagine so many more running miles are being logged

Yeah I'm enjoying it, getting good volume in, just maybe lacking a bit of creativity around more structured runs. I'm missing lunchtime runs around Hampstead Heath too.

That sounds like a sensible idea.

Fair enough - I'm not mad on the look but really get on with the handle and balance. Shows how much of a preference these things are and why it's always a nice idea to pick them up and get a feel for yourself
