I’ve had similar results on 16:8 over the last 3 weeks. I have loosely been counting calories but only to ensure I don’t massively over eat and have plenty of energy to exercise every day. I do 10am to 6ish pm and exercise at lunch time, this feels very sustainable to me.
I’m mainly doing it to try and improve my gut microbiome rather than weight loss but it certainly seems to be helping.

Worked for me as well, I ended up using those vypes really handy if you end up out on the piss as you can buy one for about £10 that will last the afternoon/ night.
I’ve kicked that now mainly but sometimes end up doing it for short periods over Xmas or on holidays. It’s a good stepping stone for quitting and you feel way healthier than smoking.

You are not far from hebden bridge in Leeds, amazing riding around there and it’s a quality town for a day trip. If you do end up moving to Leeds I would fully recommend a trip to a pub called the moorcock inn near Sowerby bridge which is up on the moors, the food and beer is incredible. In the summer you can sit out front all afternoon ordering all sorts of delights off there bbq.
