Hey! Does anyone have the planned route for this? I went on it years back and bloody loved it.

I'm keen to do with my office before Xmas (obvs), but we can't make the Wednesday as have another do.

    Cheers!

Back to work now and it seems all very surreal.

Thanks for your support. It took me so much longer than planned, but I am so proud of our little group at the back and so happy I got to the finish.

@hippy thanks for sharing Mike's quote. This race has definitely had a huge impact on me, far greater than I could have ever imagined. I was so nervous about riding it solo but so glad I did.

    Hey guys!

Dov mentioned this thread so I thought I'd give you an update.

Had tons of mechanicals early doors which meant I had to spend ages in or trying to find bike shops. Planned to make the time back but the heat, my interesting route planning and having to stop and charge frequently has hindered me.

I am loving it, it's pretty brutal and is totally testing my head, body and route planning! plan to finish but have defo been enjoying a more leisurely race, with a few beers most nights πŸ™ˆ

Well done hippy you are an animal!!!

Still no excuse for moving on the track without looking - don't care who you are and how long you have ridden for.

Fingers crossed the rain stays away for Sunday.
