Think this website is a bit better for working out what calories you should be eating and the split between carbs, protein and fats. https://www.iifym.com/
Once you have the splits you can adjust myfitnesspal to match these.
But if you put in you are active then the calorie allowance will adjust for this (giving you more calories) and if this includes your exercise then you can't go eating those calories back or you won't end up in a calorie deficit.

Won't the £1bn effect the Barnett formula, so an extra £1bn for NI, means extra £££ for Wales and Scotland, to that money tree just got a little more magical?

I could have done the same, a while ago when registering online the gov't website said enter all addresses you live at and we'll let you know when you can vote. This election they sent me a postal vote for Kent and form for Southwark, so would have been easy to assume that I could vote twice, had to search internet to confirm my suspicion that i wasn't meant too.

Thanks for the advice (& @HatBeard), i'll get to re-reading the book this weekend and work out the schedule, dislike warm up (well running in general), but my calf's sure appreciate it so have been adding them in recently.
Sure I'll be back for more advice.

Cheers, did you use the plan from the book? As for goals after previous marathons were 6.15 & 5.45, getting round is the aim and hopefully under 5 this time!

Hansons Marathon plan question, would bringing the strength/speed stuff forward a week or 2 and increasing the taper period completely mess the plan up?
Will be running Berlin in September but the 3rd week before I have a uni field trip, I will be able to run, just not sure about all sessions though, but the real problem is 2 weeks before, I'll be diving all week so will be able to fit in a few runs but deffo won't be able to stick to the plan with intervals etc.
