I've got running underwear I like, you can get away with wearing them underneath (for about an hour or so), but I have another pair for longer runs with the lining cut out.

If anyone knows of running shorts with two side pockets and possibly a key pocket that don't have lining I'm all ears.

What about tactical voting, our present system encourages that, so a lot of votes won't be cast for those people agree with but to prevent others from being elected.

Anybody want a place on the Bacchus Half-Marathon on sunday? (start time 11am) Running around the Denbies wine estate near Dorking.

I won't be using taking my place and the only options are to transfer to someone else or not use it, there is no cost to transfer so this will be free to whoever wants it.

As it was the chief exec of the RCN talking about this issue and how the country can meet the need for more nurses I would expect it to be UK or at leat those that can work here regardless of this new visa rule.

Not a Tory voter but that article states “Thirty-seven-thousand potential nursing students were turned away last year, so there are people out there who want to embark on a nursing career.” so it's not like ther isn't the potential workforce, just the willingness to spend and train them that's the problem.

Well no matter how bad it goes there always seems to be an elite that gets a DNF and we beat them.
Luckily most of the negatives fade with the aches and pains.

Oh and the Run Dem crew were pretty amazing, big groups like that were a massive bonus.
