The one thing I’m struggling with is the seat post. It’s too short.

Are longer ones easy to come by?

Managed to find some tumbling Tom’s! However I ran out of pallets. To be continued...

I can confirm screws are expensive. I spent about £50 on screws just for a medium sized shed. And wood... even gravel board is £5 per length, scaffolding board is over £30.

Pallets is always a good should depending on your budget and over all aesthetic l.

Second “shelf” up. Although I’ve been assured we don’t need any more strawberries.

Any ideas for something small or that will dangle?

    Worst case scenario more strawberries

It’s a nice idea being a purest and growing from seed. But sometimes it’s just easier to buy the plant.

Agreed even though I’m lighter than I was 6 months ago. I felt heavier.

I also felt like my foot strike was different. Could be good?

I love shopper bikes. There’s something unusual about them, something a bit silly too.

May I present to you the newest old bike I’ve had lying around that I’ve finally done something with.

At this stage it’s mainly been spraying wd40 everywhere. I’ve given the wheels a go over with hammerite rust remover gel and new tyres and tubes.

I plan on adding an old brooks saddle if I can find it, new levers, cable chains etc etc and some new pedals. Other than that will keep the paint work as is.

I’d like to put some “road bike” wheels and skinny tyres on at some point but would imagine it to be cost prohibitive. Anyway here she/he is

Went for my first run on Wednesday since my injury. Only a mile but got through it. No pain which is good. Another one today again no pain.

The calf raises I was prescribed I was actually do wrong. How you may ask. Because the injury was on the inside of my heel I was compensating and rolling my foot during the raise. So had to force my foot to do the raise property through the ball of my foot on the inside.
