no "overlap" at 4cross?
over, over, over, under would be much more easier to build...much spoke bending to get under, under, under, over....

it may be stronger, but not sure about that....and not sure if 4 cross is possible...i did my 48H wheel at 3cross. its strong. shorter spokes, lighter...go for 3cross. (lets see what others say)

even if front and rear hub are a bit diffrent (center to flange) it should be the same spoke lenght.
to be on the safe side you can order 287mm spokes for 4cross front. / but i dont think you need...try edd:
