They were ISO until a few years ago so that's what you want, I ran with a Centaur 111mm one with a Goldtec fixed rear hub and the chainline was fine. You can probably find a Tifosi one for about half the price of that.
If you upgrade to 11 speed I believe the you can mix and match. You'll need an 11 speed campagnolo splined cassette - Campag or Miche but as long as the derraileurs and shifters match you should be fine. Depends if you've already got the 10 speed parts...
I think until recently Campagnolo was consistent with the derailleur pull ratio so as long as the levers and cassette match you're golden. 11 speed ruined it all as I found out when I got some Potenza levers and nothing else worked!
if anyone’s got an odd or broken shimano 6400 Tricolor brake lever I’d love the plastic bit that goes under the hood above the lever? One of mine cracked and fell off on a ride on Saturday without me noticing.
