Hello
I'm committing myself to a new build which I'm pretty excited about and would like to ask you, the LFGSSSS family to help me out.
Tl;Dr - I love building bikes (not frames,.. maybe one day) and I have a new project which I'd love your help on. For this bike the frame is the problem, I've got everything else lined up.
The idea: I have a big, heavy ex-military Swedish bike that I use to commute to work on. I love it to bits but I'd also quite like to tour and none of my other bikes really fit the touring mould and my Swedish bike weighs 1000 tonnes. This got me looking at the functional bike thread, some stuff on Pinterest, Cycleexif, everywhere! I want to build a bike that can carry load, is single speed but does not itself contribute too much of its own load.
The problem: All the frames I can find which get close either don't have the mounts or are set for discs and or cassette, or even worse have vertical rear drop outs. Tyre clearances is also an issue, I'm game to set this fucker on some 47s at least
Please help: Do you know of a frameset I can pick up which might get me close (close will do, I'm not a total asshole) to what I'm looking for?
Thanks very much

I am well into this.
Whats the story with those rear dropouts? Are they as static/vertical as they appear?
