I have this headlight , works very well.
So it is not the screw thread that is stripped but the brake body housing.

Looks pretty much like a fairly common M3 screw, possibly M4. If you have an old derailleur the limit screws are probably the same size.
use one from here
Best guess 1/2" BSPT.
But sizing is a little undersize.
They have always worked ok for me on different bikes, sorry but I do not have a specific link.
