I went to the British School of Osteopathy to get my aching back seen to. Very reasonably priced at £25 for a two hour session. And the experienced students get much needed patients to test their knowledge on. I also highly recommend yoga. Lots of the stretches etc that where recommended by the osteopath where yoga positions I was familiar with. I found I went to a few yoga lessons and really noticed how much more flexible I was. I wouldn't recommend building up muscles in a gym environment if your back is already in pain. You need to get flexibility into your back before you build strength.

Yeah i'm from Narich. Hunnut. I'm working in London but will be back in town on the 21st for a few days before I leave to cycle around New Zealand. I'll be up for meeting and riding around town drinks etc. What about Friday night.

Check out UEA for good spots to ride. Loads of cool pathways. Has anyone thought about an alleycat? A wicked size town with loads of cool spots for check points.

Bellezza - I'm landing in Auckland and probably heading north for a few months then heading may way slowly south seeing what happens on the way. No particular plans as such. I quite fancy touring round the south island and enjoying what winter has to offer. Intially i;m taking my mountain bike and towing a one wheel trailer to carry tent etc. I fancy making camp in Wellington in which case i'll be sending my fixed over. I've been working in London the last few weeks without it and getting jealous of all the fixed bikes passing me by.
Mackenzie - They look like a good bunch of guys. skid comp looks wicked. I'll get n touch when i'm there.

I'm off to New Zealand and summer time in a week with my bike. I'll miss the super long skids on the icy London roads. So do any of you folks have any recommendations as to where is good to ride in New Zealand especially off road?

The former. I grew up in East Anglia.

I grew up in Norwich, East Anglia. Try walking up Gas Hill let alone riding the bastard.

Sounds good. I'm going to be riding around the Cli-Machx trail in Wales on my mountain bike. Then down to the beach for fires and party juice. Have fun what ever you do. There was some flirting with the idea of a new year ride to Brighton after the fireworks display in central town.
