Yeah I see as a handy one to keep in the diary to keep me motivated if Nationals proves beyond me
Not sure if you lot will have seen this, imagine a few of you will potentially already be riding most of the series https://hillclimb.southdowns.cc/
Did the shifters get shifted?
Interested to hear how you got on with the 10K plan, when you first posted it I liked the sound of it.
Currently five days into week one of this one
Not sure I'll be troubling sub 18 but sure the programme should help shave a bit off a 19.40
Just ran 95.56 half marathon - Goal this year was sub hundred minutes so mega chuffed.
There better be some races at some point this year cause reckon I’d go faster with a number pinned in.
Never used a Garmin, this a standard thing if you start logging runs on their platform is is it a specific watch model/track you whole life on the platform thingy?
Chainset still about?
So after my Apple Watch Series 2 Crashing 9 miles into what was shaping up for a half marathon PB decided it needs replacing (Done it a few times now when going over 10k)
Seen a Suunto 9 pretty cheap, could get a newer Apple Watch Obv and everyone loves a Garmin right?
Any strong views?
I've wondered about MTB style gearing for hill climb bikes obv not light but plenty of range
