Interested to hear how you got on with the 10K plan, when you first posted it I liked the sound of it.

Currently five days into week one of this one

Not sure I'll be troubling sub 18 but sure the programme should help shave a bit off a 19.40

Just ran 95.56 half marathon - Goal this year was sub hundred minutes so mega chuffed.

There better be some races at some point this year cause reckon I’d go faster with a number pinned in.

Never used a Garmin, this a standard thing if you start logging runs on their platform is is it a specific watch model/track you whole life on the platform thingy?

So after my Apple Watch Series 2 Crashing 9 miles into what was shaping up for a half marathon PB decided it needs replacing (Done it a few times now when going over 10k)

Seen a Suunto 9 pretty cheap, could get a newer Apple Watch Obv and everyone loves a Garmin right?

    Any strong views?

Can't help with the Vivo referral link but glad I'm not the only one still on the minimalist running shoes train.

Really don't have any issues with the various versions of the Merrell Gloves I've got in the mix, got to admit tempted by some of the other options out there

Zwift's a funny one, I wouldn't ride on the trainer anywhere near as frequently as I do without it, but I know if I committed the same time and effort I do to Zwift on TR or similar I'd be a tonnes better rider.

The racing on there is a mixed blessing as well, easy to smash yourself to bits 7 days a week. Personally hit a real plateaux last few months and can't work out if I need more structure or more rest.

I lost a load of weight last winter/spring and slowly creeping back on despite a fucktonne of running and riding.
