Hey Marty, thanks for the ideas. I’d be picking someone up along the way so, car seems the best option. 100km will challenge me atm, so not wanting to add the ride too much. Overground is doable but it would be an even earlier start.
Thanks for the offer to borrow your bike rack too, but the logistics don’t work.

I’m after a bike rack for a car to rent/borrow/buy next weekend 27-29th, to drive from Walthamstow to Crystal Palace for the Albion changed Albion x Beak: Lewes 'Spin'. Seems the Saris Super Bones 2/3 would be a good option for my car.
Also provided I can get hold of a bike rack, I’ll have a spare space for somebody if they want a lift for the ride.

Ukrainecast on BBC isn’t bad, doesn’t delve too deeply into anything in particular but covers current events and human aspects fairly well. Used to be more or less daily at the beginning of the war but is a lot less frequent now.

I’ve got a few tickets for Personal Trainer this evening that won’t get used. The tickets are on the Dice app so I’d need to transfer via the app or could potentially meet there.
The band remind me a bit of Cake, Pavement and Idlewild, and some of the new post-punk bands that are around.
