  not transferred, but thought of visiting the netherlands, they want a negative test result when you are from a "high risk or very high risk " area, but I dont know if UK is high risk area now.

  the difference would be marginal. Both spoke types will give you a good wheel, more important would be the spoke tension.

  at first glance I would say, 28s would fit. I myself don't use 26s, but the spesh turbo (pro?) road tyre comes in 622-26, Pirelli P-zeros as well. No idea about Schwalbe being thicker on the rim, haven't used a schwalbe tyre in years.

  I own a mystery 531 frame too and I had the same struggle, ended up with a 26,8mm seatpost. the higher f+f weight suggests is has the fatter tubes with a smaller seatpost ID.
