I bought a bozaap massage gun off Amazon for £60. I figured for the price I couldn't go far wrong and it works a treat.

Left field but I have a huge soft spot for our Daihatsu Sirion 1.3. Bought back in 2015 for £2k. Used and abused daily and cost me around £1k in maintenance over 5 years. It's fugly but fun to drive and surprising spacious inside.

Thanks, my Dad used to work in the insurance game so he's helping us on that front.

We know it won't go anywhere but we'll be instructing him that he must claim on his insurance when we have an idea of overall damage this weekend. He's the only one who can claim as it's his policy, but we will be copying in the insurer when we do it.

We expect no response from him as he's got his head in his arse and hasn't responded to any of our communications so far.

After that there's the 3rd party rights against insurers act, but only after his company is wound up (which he's trying to do).

If you see him just shout out that he's a robbing scumbag cunt. Ta!

Melbourne in Derby. I know he likes to mountain bike too. Pretty sure our money paid for his newest pair of bikes.

We've already tried his local paper and the last we heard they were going to approach him for comment.

Action Fraud not so great and don't appear to see it as a crime which I struggle to grasp but won't let go. I want to see him in prison.

I'm saving the Kent Messenger for the absolute star of a builder who's picked up the whole sorry mess.

You'd think insurance would cover it, but despite notifying our house insurance provider and providing them with a copy of the builder's insurance there appears to be no cover for this anywhere!

We're still working on it, but the long and short of it is that our home policy doesn't cover damage caused by the builder's incompetence or negligence and his policy doesn't cover him for the type of building work he was undertaking.

Not a great photo, but this gives an idea of how he left the steelwork below the wall.

Missing quite a few nuts and bolts! We had to add props after getting advice from our structural engineer.
