Hi
does anyone know the make of this (heavy) tig welded steel fixie frame?
I got it today as a lockdown project but there's no maker or badges anywhere except for a frame number on the bottom bracket...
Thought someone may recognise the rear dropouts and with the integral allen key adjustment bolts...
Guy I got it from said it was a "Charge Plug" but the dropouts would suggest otherwise from the Charge ones I've seen on the netFingers crossed

That age of frame should have been 126 or 120 mm dropouts---
it's been spread to 130 so given the issues I'm out... -
what's the rear dropout width & approximate "stuck" length from bb axle to saddle rails on the seatpost
