If you can get into your account go to the 'Account home' page and then use the 'Profile and settings' link at the top of the page.
Under the 'Settings' section (should be towards the bottom of the page) you should be able to change your 'Sign-in details' using a 'Change' link, this takes you to a page titled 'Your details' and on the left hand margin the bottom link is 'How you get access codes' HTH!

What’s the problem with an actual dark choc bounty?
I saw that the milk choc version has been deleted from the Celebrations packs, but the normal size dark choc ones are still available AFAIK - also loads of (recently expired) boxes of 24 bars available on ebay for about £12.

I don’t think that self tapping screws for plastic conform to the Metric thread standard. Maybe if you call SJS they could identify the size and perhaps sell the screw by itself? Another option might be to go to somewhere like B&Q and try and get a best match.
Decathlon have one for £30. Worth a go?
