Surely you’d try and send it back and get the money back from the bike shop. Actually, if bought online then you would send it back especially if Wiggle etc

I had one of these and I wouldn’t recommend it. This bike is incredibly dangerous. It will crumple and the metal will shear. Do not cycle it.
